Shoutout to our St. Lawrence gridiron boys! These guys put in the EXTRA work this Summer to prepare themselves mentally and physically for this football season. This goes out to ALL our St. Lawrence athletes who put in the work.

Those specifically pictured here, Franco Gasperoni, Gavin Pasquantonio, and Myron Perrone, frequently trained together to push each other and keep one another accountable. This kind of camaraderie also built up their friendship, and in turn, their team chemistry. Playing on the OL together, you have to work in unison and we are immensely proud of the effort put forth by these boys. We wish them continued good luck the remainder of their season and will continue to support them however we can.

Go Mustangs! 🐴

The Sam Family aka “the Swimmin’ Sams”….the Sam Sisters + Parker have been a welcomed addition to our ETS family. Recently we had a chance to go support Ella and Abby at their first Utica swim meet of the season and Emma and Parker were right there to cheer their older siblings on.

Ella and Abby displayed their abilities right from the jump, both winning individual events at blistering paces. Reppin’ USSC , it’s been fun to see the hard work they put in the gym translate to the pool. Emma and Parker have also been getting after it in whenever they’ve been in. Excited to see them continue to excel in their own right.

Keep up the hard work Sam Family, it will continue to pay off.

Why be a GOLDFISH?

Goldfish are the happiest animals on the planet, why? Because they have a 5-second memory, at least according to Ted Lasso

How does this relate to sports? Athletes must be quick to forget and move past their mistakes and poor performances. This week we have been talking to our athletes to help push the mindset of being a goldfish and move on to be fully confident in their skills moving forward.

🪓 Our annual Summer BBQ got rained out so we pivoted 🪓

What makes our team different?… We are all just a bunch of friends. This year was extra special with current AND former coaches reuniting.

If you ever needed proof we operate as a family, this is it, and as tradition, significant others joined in on the fun. It wouldn’t be a team outing without a little friendly competition. After warming up on the bowling alley 🎳, 🪓 axe throwing took center stage. It wasn’t pretty but we made got decent by the end.

Grateful for the team/family we have. Grateful for all of our former coaches as well.

A team that plays together stays together.
