You can join us @ 8pm TONIGHT / Saturday at the domes to refill your cup - and perfectly prepare your mind and body for a night of deep, rejuvenating sleep. 

🌀 Gong therapy facilitates the shift from active beta brainwaves (associated with stress and alertness) into relaxed alpha (8-12 hz) and deep meditative theta states (4-8 hz) through a process known as brain entrainment. This synchronization reduces cortisol levels and activates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting emotional release and deep relaxation - as well as creativity!
