OMP PRE SEASON INTENSIVE CAMP!🔥🤼
Get your wrestler prepared for the upcoming season with a 2 day intensive camp. Perfect opportunity for wrestlers currently training and for wrestlers that want to kick start there season after the summer. Technique, hard drilling, live wrestling, strength, conditioning, and mindset.

📆: October 10th-11th, 2026
🕰️: Sat. 2pm-8pm Sun. 8:30am-12:30pm
📍: 420 Glenfield Road, Sewickley, PA 15143

Sign up and reserve your spot by paying through Venmo . Cost is $100 for OMP Members, $125 Non Members. There is an overnight option for $25 more. Dinner and breakfast included. Bring snacks, drinks, running shoes, and extra work out apparel. Contact Coach Austin for any questions or alternative payment methods.

What an awesome experience we had at the RAF weekend event! I think everybody made memories that will last a lifetime. Definitely looking forward to the next one we can attend. Congrats to all of our medalists and champions!
