Day 100.

Honestly, this is one of the coolest parts of the whole build so far.

Seeing the equipment come in this morning, watching the first pieces go up, and then seeing the mezzanine start to take shape throughout the day…

It’s one thing to have the plans, the renderings and the vision in your head.

It’s another thing entirely to watch it actually become real.

100 days in… and only more great things to come!

Yesterday was day 99.

For 99 days, we’ve watched this place slowly come to life.

Today, it’s quiet. Clean. Almost hard to believe what’s about to happen here.

But tomorrow marks the beginning of a very different chapter.

A lot is about to change.

And we have a feeling you’re going to want to watch this one unfold.

Train in the morning.
Take it to the course in the afternoon.

Strength. Speed. Movement. Focus.
Then put it all to the test when it counts.

This is what performance looks like.

And with a LOT happening at EGP this week, we figured there was no better way to kick things off than showing you what the work is all about.

The training is only part of the story. The goal is to play better.

We’re just getting started. ⛳️

Before there was a building, there was a dream.

And behind that dream was one man willing to bet on himself.

This is Tim, in the middle of what was once just an idea.

No walls.
No bays.
No finished space.
Just dirt, rebar, a lot of uncertainty… and a vision of what this could become.

What people see now is the building starting to take shape.

What they don’t see is everything that came before it.

The money invested.
The countless hours.
The hard decisions.
The setbacks.
The stress.
The sacrifices.
The sweat.
The tears.
And the relentless belief that this was worth building.

Could we have moved faster? Probably.

But Tim has never been interested in building something just to get it done.

He wants to build something worth building.

Something stronger. Something better. Something that reflects the standard he has spent the last 15 years building through Elite Custom Fitness… and the vision he has for Elite Golf Performance.

Now, the shell is up. The concrete is in. The foundation is finally there.

And from here, things are going to start coming together quickly.

But I want to remember this part.

The part where it was still just a dream.

Because behind every building is a builder.

And behind this one is a man who has poured a whole lot of himself into making this dream real.

This is where it started.
And we’re just getting started.

Developing a great golfer takes more than time on the range.

It takes intentional training, expert coaching, and a commitment to developing the athlete behind the swing.

Landon is putting in the work with Tim in the gym… building strength, power, stability, and movement… and then taking that strength straight to the golf course to see how it transfers.

Every movement has a purpose. Every training session is part of the bigger picture.

Because when you’re serious about developing the next level of golfer, you invest in the whole athlete.

Today was all about preparing for tomorrow.

The site was full… lots of people, lots of work, lots of moving pieces, and a whole lot of excitement. Every detail being measured, leveled, placed, and prepared for what comes next.

Tomorrow morning at 4:30 AM, the concrete trucks roll in.

The foundation has been laid metaphorically for a long time… with a vision, a plan, and a whole lot of work behind it.

Tomorrow, we get to lay it literally.

The first pour. The foundation of the facility. And another pretty big milestone in the journey from blueprints to birdies.

A lot happened today.

Today was one of those days where you could really feel the momentum on the job site.

HVAC walkthroughs. Plumbing walkthroughs. Concrete prep. Vendor meetings. Multiple crews working throughout the building. And a whole lot of moving pieces happening at the same time.

The site was busy from start to finish, with everyone focused on their piece of the puzzle and keeping the project moving forward.

It’s pretty incredible to watch all of these different teams bring their expertise together and see the building continue to take shape.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but days like today are a good reminder that the blueprints are slowly becoming the real thing.

It’s amazing to see the blueprints come to life.
