Visit our General Merchandise Store where we proudly serve Starbucks, ride the Hawk SkyLift, or go horseback riding at Smoky Mountain Horses. General Merchandise Store is open Monday through Saturday from 10am until 6pm. The Hawk SkyLift and Smoky Mountain Horses are open Wed-Sat with the Hawk opening from 10am-6pm and Horses opening from 11am-6pm (last tickets sold at 5:30pm).
