Hurricane Volleyball Club

Our coaches are so excited to add our developmental travel teams this season! We will be conducting evaluations to determine ages and levels on Saturday September 19th from 12:30-2pm!

Developmental teams practice one day a week on Mondays and participate in 4 semi-local club tournaments in their season. These teams are more competitive than recreation/YMCA volleyball with certified club coaches; the goal of our developmental teams is to prepare them for a full club experience in future seasons! Players will learn technique, rotations, volleyball vocabulary and terminology, and how to be versatile volleyball players.

Registration is completed through emailing [email protected], subject line: Developmental Teams. Cost for the tryout/evaluation is $10 at the door! We look forward to seeing a great turn out!

Can’t wait til September to get to know your club teammates and coaches? We can’t either! This Sunday and the following Saturday, HVC is having some outdoor open gyms for current athletes and coaches to get a chance to get to know each other!

Our High Point location is still looking for a 15u middle and 16u outside hitters.
Our Burlington location is still looking for a 15u middle and setter along with a 16u outside/rightside hitter!

Wanting to get club training without the chaotic schedule? This year, HVC is launching our developmental teams at our High Point Location! Teams will get a weekly practice, 4 tournaments, and access to all our HVC member perks! Tryouts will be in September, and our coaches are getting excited to be able to train up more girls AND boys this fall-winter!
