WELCOME Grier Cooper to our Ecstatic Dance team...
Grier has been giving Ecstatic Dance in California, Costa Rica and has also a very rich dance background in ballet, where she studied at NYC at School of American Ballet and has danced professionally with Miami City Ballet, San Francisco Ballet and Pacific Northwest Ballet.

We look forward to dancing to her juicy, wide and wonderful dance set this Sunday June 28th.......

Beloved dancers, Kay Moonstar will be facilitating Ecstatic Dance this Sunday in Sedona at Sun Moon Studio.

Come as you are. It's another opportunity to meet ourselves exactly where we are. Through music, movement, presence, and connection, we begin to open, soften, and expand. It's a great practice as we continue with our Earth Walk.

This Sunday, May 24th | 10:45 am-12:30 pm at Sun Moon Studio in Sedona.

Phone-free space. Bare feet or dance shoes, please. Move with your body, not your mouth. Substance-free, get intoxicated through movement & music. A safe and sacred space to explore and express yourself fully & freely. Kindly refrain from strong perfumes. All are welcome. No dance experience is necessary.

Parking Instructions: Please park at the upper lot and enjoy a short walk down to the studio (just a couple of minutes), in respect of our neighboring businesses.
