Cat cow
Glute bridge
Shoulder CAR
Turkish Get up 3+3
Dbl bottom up squat 5 reps
2️⃣ Hop & Jump: 1-2 rounds
SL pogo matrix
Alternating lunge jump 25 sec
SL RDL Clean Press Lateral Lunge 3+3
3️⃣ Strength & Conditioning: 3 rounds
Dbl reverse lunge: 6-8 reps, RIR: 2
Double reverse half sn**ch: 6-8 reps, RIR: 1-2
Gorilla Row: 12 reps, RIR: 1
⏲️ Total time: 42 minutes

Weekly strength, cardio & mobility staples 🤌🏼
1️⃣ Double front rack reverse lunge- hard to beat for strong hips and durable knees. With a heavy pair you’ll build your back, shoulders & core.
2️⃣ SA Swing- a potent exercise for strength & conditioning. Excellent core stability exercise too.
3️⃣ Turkish Get Up- arguably the single best exercise to warm your entire body up. Improve your joint mobility, core stability & coordination in one smooth flow.
4️⃣ KB Sn**ch- speed, power, athleticism & conditioning. Love these as a high intensity finisher or a part of a AMRAP.
5️⃣ Double Clean & Press- where finesse and strength collide. You could build an entire program around these. As a matter of fact, our next 8 week program will be.

Avoid these mistakes at all cost! 👇🏼
Early on we would workout 5-6 days a week.
We’d break out the white board, write out our workout of the day and get AFTER it.
And that got us pretty damn fit.
Until it didn’t…
☠️ Nagging injuries to our neck, shoulders and low back started to flare up…
☠️ Our forearms were getting DESTROYED from trying to clean and sn**ch heavy bells with shotty technique.
☠️ And workouts started to feel like a punishment rather than something to look forward to after a long day of work.
Thats when we decided it was time to ask for help…
👏🏼 We learned excellent technique with kettlebells so bruised up forearms are no longer a part of the conversation.
👏🏼 We started following a 3 day a week progressive training plan that got us stronger than we’d ever been with far fewer flare ups.
👏🏼 And that opened up the time & energy to do the activities we enjoy outside of training like hiking, running, and biking.
