Thursday was a free day in Glenwood Springs. Some riders headed out to see the photogenic Maroon Bells, while others kept the pedals turning on a ride from the hotel.
Friday kicked off with an awesome breakfast at Hotel Colorado, then the crew rolled out for the final day of Amazing Bike Colorado. Some tackled the tough climb up to Aspen and back, others cruised down from Aspen instead. Either way, a stop at Woody Creek Tavern along the way meant everybody got in their fun.
That's a wrap on another Amazing Bike Colorado. Thank you to a fantastic group of riders. If this looks like your kind of adventure, we'd love to see you out here with us next year.

Tuesday: 41 miles from Vail Pass through Vail and into Avon, mountain views and an exhilarating descent through Vail Village. Acclimation, sunscreen, and hydration are the name of the game at this elevation. The climb to Vail Pass was tough but worth it, and the SAG stop turned into a celebration.
Our old buddies at Northside Kitchen in Avon never disappoint. Another great meal and great service.
Wednesday: nearly 55 miles from Avon through Glenwood Canyon's stunning bike path, landing at the legendary Hotel Colorado in Glenwood Springs. What a spin! Dinner on the terrace capped it off perfectly.

This is our 4th year running Amazing Bike Colorado, and it just keeps getting better!
We kicked off Sunday with a rider meeting / pizza party, hitting the spot after many of our riders spent the afternoon acclimating for the week with a ride around Lake Dillon and out to Keystone.
Monday lived up to the motto, it's a ride with serious altitude. The cool mountain air made for perfect riding conditions as our crew tackled 45 miles all above 9,000 ft elevation, there were smiles all around enjoying the stunning views from the Sapphire Point SAG and a beautiful out-and-back ride to Breckenridge.

The countdown is on! This week, BPP is back in the Rockies for our 4th year of Amazing Bike Colorado, and we're excited.
This ride truly lives up to its motto: it's a ride with serious altitude. Starting in Frisco, our crew will ride around Lake Dillon, climb over Vail Pass, cruise into Vail and roll through the Glenwood Canyon bike path into the legendary Hotel Colorado in Glenwood Springs before a final day riding to and/or from Aspen.
Huge thanks to our local gurus Bryan and Adam, who know these mountains better than anyone and keep our riders in great hands all week long.
Cool mountain air, climbs we'll conquer, and unbeatable views await. Follow along all week for the full journey!

Thursday and Friday kept us on the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes, from Wallace all the way to Plummer, with an overnight in the lakeside village of Harrison.
Along the way we had Bullwinkle sightings, moose grazing in sight of the trail!
From Silver Valley forests to lakes and rivers culminating in miles and miles along Lake Coeur d'Alene to the Chatcolet Bridge, this stretch had it all. That's a wrap on Jewels Of North Idaho Ride 2.
Don't miss out on joining us for this ride in 2027!

Wednesday brought us to the Route of the Hiawatha, a Rail-Trail Hall of Fame favorite. We rode through 10 historic tunnels, including the famous 1.7-mile St. Paul Pass Tunnel, and crossed seven towering trestles with views straight down into the valley below.
From there, we rolled into Wallace, the charming "Silver Capital of the World," for a delicious dinner at the Blackboard Cafe.
Tunnels, trestles, and small-town charm. Hard to beat a day like this.
