Rooted & Resilient is a mind-body workshop designed to help participants soften into their bodies and create the internal space needed to explore their relationship with money with more clarity and intention. Through gentle movement and guided reflection using the Rooted & Resilient workbook, created by Kandace, participants begin redirecting their money habits and beliefs toward what they truly value, supported by subtle principles like aparigraha (non-attachment), ahimsa (self-kindness), and svadhyaya (honest self-study).
Kandace Sylvester is a Private Banker with over 17 years of experience supporting individuals through financial transitions. She brings an honest, grounded, and accessible approach to money, shaped by years of working closely with clients navigating major life decisions. Alongside her professional career, Kandace is a dedicated yoga teacher whose classes emphasize authenticity, connection, and embodied presence. Her work bridges financial and physical wellness, creating spaces where people feel supported, grounded, and empowered to move through life with more clarity and resilience.
✨Event: June 27th from 2:00-4:30 PM at Halea
✨Pricing: This workshop is offered on a three-tier sliding scale. Please choose the rate that feels aligned with your current circumstances. Halea Yoga memberships apply.
Accessible Rate: $25
A community-supported option for anyone who needs it. This reflects aparigraha (non‑attachment) by releasing pressure around what you “should” pay, and ahimsa (self‑kindness) by honoring your current reality without judgment.
Sustainer Rate: $60
The true cost of the workshop. This tier reflects satya (truthfulness): an honest exchange that supports the time, energy, and materials involved in creating and facilitating this experience.
Supporter Rate: $100
For those with more financial flexibility who want to help make the Accessible Rate possible for others.
