On Friday we are heading to green lake for playapalooza! Jason is BACK from his travels and he’s been cooking up such a fun workout for all of us! The vibes will be high, the workout is free and the community is the best (I’m not even being biased)! Meet us at the Greenlake arches at 6:29 am! ⏰

Yesterday we had SUCH a fun workout guest led by Mario! Huge shoutout to him for such a great time! 💥

Location change for Friday: Green Lake East Beach

While we love our 🪿 friends, the concentration of 💩 was not so fun at Fritz Hesges last month. So we’re switching Friday to Green Lake. Meet as the arch!

It was a very mermaid workout at Alki beach! In classic fashion, it was also cloudy, but we made the most of our day in the sand with some Sebastian squats, mermaid crunches, and treasure gathering twists!

Reminder: Wednesday is Yearbook Photo day!

What’s yearbook photo day, you ask? It’s our annual themed portrait day. Come with a costume or just use our props. Creativity highly encouraged and I’m a de short weeks, you’ll get your very own NP photo!

This year, the theme is Clue! Think country manor mystery. Create your own character. Dress as the library. Interpret in whatever way is the most fun.

We will have a workout and we will take your portraits.
