Performance demands presence.
•But what happens when the body says no?
•When pleasure becomes performance?
•When your “yes” goes numb?

This three-hour gathering is in service to s*x workers who want to stay tethered to themselves while being witnessed by others. Through embodied exercises, taking turns, and listening to ourselves and others with subtle sensation work, we’ll embrace eroticism and connect with our inner landscapes.
The final hour will be held in conversation. We’re listening—your experience and feedback will shape where this work goes next. Think of it as both a workshop and co-creation.

I had the pleasure of meeting Seattle-based renowned trans rights artist Molly Jae Vaughan who has a show at Seattle University this month.

Performing “The Boundaries of Denial” as part of the Capitol Hill Art Walk on Feb 13th at 6pm.

Molly is an inspiration to me and so many others and her upcoming performance sounds amazing.

Rock Release Ritual • The Shala’s first ever rock ceremony was a stunning success. Thank you to everyone who worked to get this project off the ground. We left feeling grounded and joyous - ready to take on 2025 with heart’s and soul’s open 🫶

The afternoon held a beautiful blue lotus and ceremonial rock painting practice led by Chelsea and a prompted ecstatic dance session led by Kenzie.
