What is Street Scramble? It’s an urban adventure that’s fun for runners, walkers, and families! Dozens of checkpoints are marked on a special map and your goal is to find as many as you can within the time limit. Whether you sprint or stroll is up to you! You can participate solo or in teams of 2-6.

South Lake Union, here we come!

Ready to soak up the peak of Seattle’s summer? Street Scramble is a part of South Lake Block Party, where we’ll be serving up lunchtime fun exploring the South Lake Union neighborhood. Few neighborhoods have changed more in the last couple decades, so there is always something new to discover among the modern buildings, shaded courtyards, and scrumptious sidewalk eateries. And historic parks, landmark buildings, and public art still punctuate this bustling grid between the shores of Lake Union and downtown.

As always, your challenge—and opportunity—is to prospect for neighborhood treasures by finding as many point-valued checkpoints as you can before the time runs out!

Work up an appetite on the course, then come back for the awards ceremony and to hit the food trucks and beer garden (for those aged 21+).
