Apologize for needing to leave early.
Wear something that looks good but feels terrible all day.
Let someone make me feel guilty for resting.
Explain myself to people who've already decided what they think.
Lose sleep over someone else's opinion of me.
Apologize for having a feeling.
Do something just because I felt like I had to.
Care what people think of me.
And the list keeps growing.
Do you have a list too? Share one or two wisdom nuggets in comments.
Stay here! We are just starting ❤️

Saree. Stretch. Smile.
The best stretch for your body is the stretching your lips to smile.
I did exactly that with my friend Anjuman Nayyar ♥️

Hi, I'm Nidhi. 👋
A few years ago, after COVID, I started inviting a few friends to go for walks with me. We didn't just walk—we talked. About life, relationships, motherhood, careers, loss, dreams, and everything in between.
Those walks became one of the most healing parts of my life.
In 2024, before my Kailash pilgrimage, I documented 193 consecutive days of Walk & Talk. Day after day, movement, nature, and honest conversations helped me process emotions, gain clarity, and reconnect with myself.
This year, I decided to open that experience to our community.
Welcome to the Walk, Talk & Heal Club.
Every 3rd Saturday of the month, women come together for a walk or light hike somewhere around the Seattle area. I guide the conversation with thoughtfully curated reflection prompts, but there's never any pressure to share. You can talk, listen, laugh, cry, or simply walk beside us.
Today, 16 incredible women joined me in Redmond, and once again I was reminded how much we all need spaces where we can simply be ourselves.
If you've been looking for a supportive community, fresh air, meaningful conversations, and a little healing through movement, I'd love to walk with you.
Because sometimes healing doesn't happen in a room.
Sometimes it happens one step, one conversation, and one trail at a time. 💚
DM me and I will add you to the whatsapp group for future walk announcements.
Love,
Nidhi

Who knew healing could look like this?
A few miles on the trail. Fresh air. Towering trees. Wildflowers in bloom. And a circle of women choosing to show up.
We covered over 3 miles and nearly 8,000 steps, but the distance wasn't the most meaningful part.
It was the conversations.
The shared stories.
The laughter echoing through the forest.
The quiet moments that reminded us to simply be present.
That's the heart of the Walk, Talk & Heal Club. We are not in rush to reach a summit, log miles in a rushed time clock.
A little movement. A little adventure. A lot of connection.
No membership. No pressure. Just a welcoming space for women to reconnect—with nature, with each other, and with themselves. And its Free.
If you'd love to join our next walk, comment WALK, and I'll send you the details.
Love,
Nidhi
Somewhere along the way, we're told our 40s are when life starts slowing down.
I don't believe that.
I believe our 40s are when we finally stop living by everyone else's expectations and start listening to ourselves.
We have more wisdom than ever before.
More courage to say no.
More confidence to say yes to what truly matters.
If we're fortunate enough to live another 40 years, that's an entire lifetime to build a life that feels aligned, peaceful, and meaningful.
Your best chapter doesn't have to be behind you. It may just be beginning.
✨ If you're a woman in your 40s, what is one thing you're choosing differently in this season of life?
Follow along, I'd love to have you here.
After Adi Kailash, I drove to Om Parvat. I had seen pictures before, but nothing prepared me for seeing it in person. The first thing that struck me wasn't just the naturally formed "ॐ" on the mountain—it was how incredibly wide and majestic the mountain is. Standing there, I felt so small.
A few things I learned that made me appreciate it even more:
🕉️ The "ॐ" is completely natural. Nobody carved it. The snow settles on the dark rock in a way that forms the symbol, and it changes a little every season.
🏔️ Om Parvat stands over 20,000 feet high, but people don't climb it. You simply have its darshan from Nabidhang.
🌏 It sits close to the borders of India, Nepal, and Tibet, and pilgrims have passed through this route for centuries on their way to Kailash.
✨ It is considered a Swayambhu mountain—a self-manifest sacred symbol, which makes it even more special.
🌿 The entire region comes alive in summer with alpine flowers and rare Himalayan herbs, though the weather can change in minutes. I was lucky to have clear views.
I've seen many beautiful mountains, but there was something different about Om Parvat. Maybe it was the silence. Maybe it was the scale. Or maybe some places aren't meant to be explained—they're meant to be experienced.
Feeling grateful that Shiva called me to Adi Kailash(my second Kailash) and then blessed me with the darshan of Om Parvat. Some journeys stay with you forever. 🕉️❤️

With Amazon.com – I just got recognized as one of their top fans! 🎉
My 2nd Kailash - Chota Kailash - Aadi Kailash.
This is from the bottom of the Basecamp, climbing up to the bottom of Aadi Kailash, brought back the memories of the full parikrama/kora of I did in China in 2024 for 3 days.
Commet "Kailash", if you want to visit Mahadev's abode and I can guide you on how to do this yatra.
Strength to climb till the base came from the Saree from Amazon.com (USA)
Sometimes the hardest truth is also the most freeing: Nobody is coming to save us. We become stronger when we save ourselves.
