Heavily Meditated began in 2017 as a free community meditation. Over the years, it has become a circle of people who come as they are—sometimes light, sometimes carrying a lot, sometimes simply needing a place to be still. Together, through breath, mantra, silence, and presence, we come back to ourselves.

There is a depth in this circle that is hard to explain unless you have felt it. We are not all having the same experience, yet we are held by the same rhythm of breath, mantra, silence, and presence. When one person is willing to be honest, it gives someone else permission to do the same. And when we move collectively toward our truths, healing happens—not only within us, but between us.

You do not need the right words, the right mood, or a perfect meditation practice. Just come as you are.
