New class alert!🚨 Join us this fall for a brand new class taught by Mary Kay! Moving for Wellness is a class designed for those who are interested in building strength, mobility, coordination, and balance to feel better in their bodies.

This class will combine yoga, core strengthening and conditioning, fundamental movement patterns, as well as dance sequences. We welcome adults of all ages to work hard, move with ease, and have a lot of fun!

Joyce Liao is launching a brand-new creative dance workshop series at Dance Fremont!

Join us on Sunday, August 9 for a special BETA Workshop featuring guest facilitator Vanessa DeWolf, the Creative Instigator and founder of Studio Current. We will sample creative exercises, discuss the creative process, play, and have fun.

🌟 Open to Ages 9 Through Adults:
This workshop is for children ages 9+ and adults who want to experience a deepened connection and playful liberation alongside young movers. Dancers should be able to focus independently in a studio setting.
