Where other gyms offer occasional "challenges" or "body-transformations," all of SKC's classes are part of a larger progressive training program, and keep members engaged and having fun with partner or team relay's, mini-competitions or test sets where you track your kettlebell sport progress. It's incredible to witness the transformation of members who timidly join Seattle Kettlebell Club because their doctor told them they should, or because they heard it would be a quick way to lose a few pounds. In so many of these cases, six months later this previously exhausted parent or workaholic is scheduling vacations around the class training cycle.
