I often think about the experience this one is going to have growing up in the gym, having a mom trainer, business owner, and being active outdoors. I didn’t learn about anything self care until I sought it out my last year of college. It wasn’t natural for me until I really started practicing it. It’s changed my life, my career and my world so much I can’t image otherwise. It is my life-line and also my body is the only mine and only I can take care of it. I’m an older mom too so I want to be around to help support her and any future children she may have..I wish that upon all of you as well. If you need support, you have it.
