🌟 Member of the Month: RinaMarie 🌟

Almost three years ago, RinaMarie joined Slate after a friend convinced her to give it a shot. She was looking for something different and quickly found a community that felt like home.

Since then, she’s gotten stronger, improved her running, and continues to show up ready to take on whatever challenge the week brings. Her goals for 2026 include getting more comfortable on the bars, working toward pull-ups, keeping up with her three kids, and crushing miles with her Ragnar team.

Her favorite movements? Squats, lunges, and deadlifts.
Her least favorite? Let’s just say burpees didn’t make the list. 😅

RinaMarie shared that what she’s most grateful for is the coaches and community that make Slate a place where everyone belongs, is encouraged, and is celebrated.

We’re so glad you’re part of Slate, RinaMarie. Thanks for bringing your energy, consistency, and positivity to the gym every week. 💙
