Most people come to Pilates for their body. To feel stronger and stay active as they age. But what also often happens, is they make some new friends and actually look forward to their movement session.
I had a regular client tell me exactly that the other day - this is literally the first time she has looked forward to exercise in her ENTIRE LIFE! And she’s about my age - in her early 50’s.
I love that we’ve been able to create an inclusive, support space for people to strengthen their bodies for 20 years now, but I especially love to hear stories like that.
