September is my favorite month! 🍂🎈 Not only is it my birthday month, it’s also the time when all of nature goes on one last full color display before turning inward for the winter! ✨ We have so many amazing offerings this month and hope you will join us for this magical time! One day, you will look back and realize just how far you have come.

Life does not move backward, and the time that passes is time we cannot reclaim. There may never be a perfect moment when you feel completely ready. Sometimes, the best time to begin is simply now.

The dream for this business first came to me during a meditation in 2019. Looking back today, I feel so much gratitude—not only that we are still here, but for everything this journey has asked me to become.

None of it has been easy. I have felt afraid, uncomfortable, overwhelmed, and completely freaked out. But through every season, I continued to show up, learn, practice, create, and do the work.

I am usually so busy moving toward the next goal that I forget to pause for the anniversaries. With the energy of Leo season and a full moon approaching, this felt like the right moment to honor the milestones I have missed—and to let myself fully acknowledge the depth of the work behind them.

Ten years of teaching yoga.
Six years of Reiki practice.
Six years of creating this business.
Three years of training Reiki practitioners.
And countless lessons, risks, pivots, and moments of growth along the way.

This is your reminder to honor where you started, recognize how far you have come, and trust what can happen when you keep showing up. 🙏🏼
