There is something so special about basking in the glow of a warm Seattle summer night. The gentle vibration of the train passing by, the sounds of the city settling into evening, and the resonance of crystal singing bowls drifting across the rooftop. It feels like summer at its very best.
We are so excited to welcome Tasha Hampton back to the roof on July 30th for another beautiful serenade of sound. Come soak in the magic of this incredible human, this special space, and the community that gathers here. We can’t wait to share the evening with you. Link in profile to book. Spots limited. ✨

There is a difference between learning how to teach yoga and learning how to truly understand it.
Our 200HR Teacher Training is designed to do both.
Over the course of four months, you’ll deepen your practice, study the traditions that shaped modern yoga, learn how to sequence with intention, cue with confidence, and find your own authentic voice as a teacher.
But perhaps the most meaningful part of the experience isn’t written in the curriculum.
It’s the people you meet.
The conversations after class.
The mentors who challenge and support you.
The community that continues long after graduation.
Whether your dream is to teach, to deepen your personal practice, or simply to understand yoga on a more meaningful level, we would be honored to share this journey with you.

The Art of Slow Living returns to Greece. 🇬🇷
September 26 – October 1, 2027
There are places that change the way you move through the world. Kea is one of them.
Perched above the Aegean Sea, our home for the week feels almost impossible to describe. Morning practice overlooking the water. Long, lingering meals shared under the sun. Quiet afternoons. Evening swims. The kind of beauty that asks nothing of you except to slow down enough to notice it.
Join us for 5 nights and 6 days of daily yoga, nourishing food, meaningful connection, and a return to a more intentional pace of life.
Two retreats. Two rooms remain.
