Join us on August 29 from 1:00–4:00 PM to explore the new home of and .yoga.flow, tour the facility, meet the directors, experience a live ballet demonstration, and learn more about the programs taking shape at Lucymont.

We’ll also end the afternoon with a free 45-minute Yoga Flow at 3:00 PM — just bring your own mat and wear something comfortable to move in.

Guests are welcome to drop in throughout the afternoon, but be sure to check the schedule in the carousel so you don’t miss the activities you’d like to see.

You don’t have to plan on becoming a professional dancer to deserve professional training.

At Adage Ballet Academy, we believe every serious student deserves knowledgeable, experienced instruction, thoughtful progression, and an environment where they can grow with purpose and joy.

Registration is now open for our 2026–27 season in New Castle, with training available from age 5 through pre-professional levels.

We’re welcoming dancers into our brand-new studios with comprehensive, holistic classical ballet training from age 5 through pre-professional levels.

New students are invited to begin with a free first class and experience our faculty, training environment, and approach firsthand.

✨ Join us for the inaugural program at our new home in New Castle, Pennsylvania!

Adage Ballet Academy’s Pre-Season Conditioning Workshop is designed to help intermediate and advanced dancers return to training feeling strong, prepared, and ready for the season ahead.

From August 31–September 4, dancers will receive more than 20 hours of instruction across five days of focused training, including:

🩰 Ballet Technique
💪 Targeted Physical Conditioning for Dancers
🧘 Yoga
❤️ Cardio
🌬️ Breathing Exercises
✨ Guided Relaxation

The workshop will focus on rebuilding strength, flexibility, stamina, coordination, alignment, and body awareness after the summer break.

This is also a wonderful opportunity for dancers in the New Castle and surrounding communities to experience Adage Ballet Academy, meet our faculty, and discover our approach to comprehensive and holistic ballet training.

For dancers ages 10+ with at least 3 years of ballet training.

Can’t attend all five days? Daily drop-in rates are available.
