Our 2026 Spring Showcase, Aurora’s Wedding, was a beautiful culmination of the season — from the quiet moments of getting ready backstage to the joy of stepping fully into the world of The Sleeping Beauty on stage.

Behind every performance are the details our students learn to carry with care: preparation, focus, teamwork, patience, responsibility, and trust. From costumes and warmups to entrances, featured roles, ensemble scenes, and final bows, each part of the process helped bring this fairy-tale world to life.

We are so proud of the artistry, dedication, and growth our dancers brought to this performance, and deeply grateful to every family, faculty member, guest artist, volunteer, and supporter who helped make this season possible.

A season finale to remember — and one more meaningful moment in the story of Adage Ballet Academy.

We are so proud to celebrate Liam, who has been accepted into the prestigious San Francisco Ballet School for the upcoming season.

Liam has trained with us at Adage Ballet Academy for the past three years, and it has been a joy to watch him continue to blossom as a dancer and young artist. He is a dedicated and elegant dancer, with a natural presence in the studio and on stage.

Over the years, Liam has shown particular promise in partnering for his young age, and we are excited for him to enter a dedicated men’s training program where he can continue to nurture those important skills and take the next step in his ballet education.

Congratulations, Liam, on this next big adventure. We cannot wait to see what comes next for you, and we will always be cheering you on from the sidelines.

One of the great gifts of classical ballet is that students learn not only technique, but how to enter a fairytale world, embody a role, and contribute to a story.

In our 2026 Spring Showcase, Aurora’s Wedding, dancers of all levels were given the opportunity to perform featured roles, character dances, ensemble scenes, and classical variations within the fairy-tale world of The Sleeping Beauty.

From fairies, jewels, court pixies, and storybook characters to Princess Aurora, Prince Désiré, and the wedding guests, each role asked our students to perform with intention.

We are proud to give our dancers meaningful stage experiences that help them grow not only as technicians, but as artists and storytellers.

Congratulations to the Class of 2026!

Today we are proud to celebrate two of our graduating dancers, Aveline Blucher and Ayana Ruelas !

Balancing high school with the demands of serious ballet training is no small feat, and we are proud of the commitment, growth, and presence both dancers have brought into the studio and onto the stage.

This fall, Aveline will be attending Skidmore College, and Ayana will be attending Alabama State University. We are excited to see what is ahead for each of them as they begin their next life chapter.

Congratulations, Aveline and Ayana. Thank you for the example you have set and the contributions you have made to our Adage community.
