We had a great time visiting family and enjoyed exploring various areas of the Sicilian island. I cherish so many memories from that trip. It seems like it was yesterday, not two years ago. Philosophy behind the workshop
We spend so much of our lives compressed—by gravity, by habit, by responsibility, even by our own thoughts. Today we’re going to explore what happens when, instead of pushing harder, we create space. Space between the joints. Space along the spine. Space in the breath. And perhaps, somewhere along the way, a little more space within ourselves.

What you'll need:
A Folding Chair
Two Blocks
Long Strap
One blanket
(Bolster is you have one, not essential)
Yoga mat
Wall Space (part of the workshop is using the wall)

Recording of the workshop will be available to all registrants for 7 days. Perfect for those who are out and about this Sunday.

Brenda’s Flower Ministry

I am so lucky to regularly receive bouquets of flowers from Brenda's garden in Wallingford. Her flowers grace my yoga studio! Brenda's garden starts producing early in the year and her flowers, especially the dahlias and hydrangeas, keep blooming into late fall! She has a talent in flower arranging and the bouquets are so attractive! It is no secret that Brenda has a green thumb....

Simone brought me this sweet miniature bouquet today from her garden. I placed them in the antique cobalt blue inkwell that my cousin John Gallo from Massachusetts gifted me. Perfect! Anne Gallo Christine

Simone’s Green Thumb

I don't even know where to begin when I pay homage to my friend Simone! Simone just turned 80 years young! I put together a slide show that shows off her garden and gardening skills. She definitely has a green thumb and occasionally calls me to say, "Want to come over and see my garden?" She is an ace at making refreshing summer drinks with lime or hibiscus that quench one's thirst....
