We will use an updated logo for our THREADS account.

New icon conveys an image of strength, self-control, and preparedness without being too aggressive.

The outline of the stamp is slightly irregular, because it was created with brush technique.

The dynamic strokes of the hand-drawn fonts suggest hidden power or inner energy.

The fact that they are not computer-generated further reinforces the impression of human CRAFTSMANSHIP and care.
The imperfections in the strokes, such as the occasional variation in thickness or the slight unevenness of the curves, give a sense of AUTHENTICITY and individuality.

Painted by a real artist with all the quirks that come with that.

Which version do you like better?

In both your sn**ch and your clean, remember to TRACE your leg with the bar the whole way, especially in the position around the knees. This is where most enthusiasts of the Chinese style have difficulty when switching from another style, so try to nail it as early as you can.

Many non-professional weightlifters STALL their squat progress by not carefully monitoring and programming around day-to-day and set-to-set fatigue, even when they have a week-to-week progression in mind.

In a Chinese training hall, athletes are given a set and rep scheme and told to go for speed, or for volume, or to go heavy. Depending on what the coach is looking for, they fine-tune their intensity from SET TO SET with the intention of getting the right stimulus for that session.

To keep the bar CLOSER, keep thinking of bringing your elbows higher. This is one of those things that you KNOW when you've really done it right, because it feels very different from doing it even 80% right -- so if it's not there, bring them even higher.

When your elbows don't quite come high enough, your wrists end up having to curl in toward you (that's an error). Try to get them so high that the wrists naturally fall straight.

Typically, the cue "elbows up" doesn't really work in practice, you need to do hundreds of reps using exercises that actually FORCE YOU to pull with elbows up (just like in this video).
