Muók Boxing will host a Muay Thai seminar with Jalill Barnes on Saturday, September 19th, 10am–12pm🚨🚨
Jalill is the WBC Muay Thai International Champion, an Omnoi Stadium title challenger, and Warriors Cup × Mitten Muay Thai champion, with over 70 fights. He lives, trains, and fights full-time out of Phuket Fight Club in Thailand and is fluent in Thai — the knowledge he brings comes directly from inside the Thai fight scene, and he’s as strong a teacher as he is a fighter.
Register via ZenPlanner under “Events.” Space is limited.

Proud of our team for stepping into the ring last weekend.
Jem, Aidan, and W***y stepped into the ring last weekend and executed the gameplan exactly how we drilled it. Hands raised, realized things to improve on, and back in the gym Monday like nothing happened.
Big respect to the fighters from other gyms who shared the ring with us — without a dance partner, none of this happens.
Huge thank you to USEACA for putting on a great event and giving our fighters a platform to compete. Lastly, thank you to all our members who came out and supported the team.

Nothing is off the table when it comes to cutting weight - anything we can do to help our teammate stay in the sauna with the sweatsuit for an extra 2 minutes 😂🥲
