✨Get To Know Me✨
Hi everyone! It’s been a few years since I first created this account and I have a lot of new followers - so I thought I would reintroduce myself!
My name is Beth and I was a competitive gymnast for 10 years. I started gymnastics at 5 years old and retired as a second year level 10 in my Junior year.
I started coaching at 19 years old and fell in love with the sport all over again. I have been coaching since 2009 with gymnasts ranging from XCEL Bronze to Elite.
In 2014 I moved to California to pursue my dream of becoming a Professional Performer for Disneyland while continuing my coaching career. Along with Disney, I performed on Oasis of the Seas for Royal Caribbean International and also for Insomniac Events at Electric Daisy Carnival. 🏰🐭🛳️⚓️🎡🌼🤸🏻♀️
I have spent the last 5 years traveling all over the U.S. (17 states and counting!) to teach choreography, dance and artistry. Looking forward to taking my work internationally one day! ✈️🌍✨💕
In 2023 I spent the summer teaching dance and artistry at Ascend Gymnastics. I had the privilege of working with ✨Shilese Jones✨ on her floor and beam choreography. A surreal moment for me was watching her compete it live at 🔹US Championships🔹 and seeing my work on the International stage. The resilience, strength and talent this girl has is absolutely incredible.
I started virtual choreography a few years ago for all levels and I have worked with athletes in Australia, Germany, France, England, Spain, South Africa, and the Bahamas to name a few. I’ve worked with nearly 100 gymnasts virtually and find it truly unique to be given this opportunity!
I am a certified USAG Judge for compulsory and will be testing out of optionals soon! Looking forward to officially judging competitions in 2027-2028!
