What’s next in Circus Arts?
BATON!
One of the things we love most about Circus Arts at Aries is discovering how every new skill connects to the next.
Baton twirling isn’t just learning tricks with a baton. It develops hand/eye coordination, timing, spatial awareness, mind/body communication, rhythm and dexterity.
These are the same skills our students use when they’re working with hoops, loops, trapeze, pole, silks…actually ALL aerial apparatuses and all practices.
Every toss teaches you to track an object.
Every catch builds timing and precision.
Every new pattern challenges the brain and body to work together.
This can open the door for all of you interested in fire twirling. 🔥
Another skill. Another challenge. Another piece of the circus puzzle.
Twirling will be a 5 week series.
2 weeks of skills, 2 weeks of learning a routine and the final week for recording.
