Denn echte Ausbildung braucht Zeit –
und Respekt vor der Entwicklung des Pferdes.
Ein besonderer Moment…
wenn Erfahrung auf neue Wege trifft.
Und ein starkes Zeichen dafür,
dass wahre Horsemanship keine Grenzen kennt.
👉 Seht selbst im Video.

A moment that reminds us—you never stop learning… 👀🐴
Ronald Prechel, a highly experienced horse trainer from Germany, visited Miller Ranch in Arizona. With years of expertise in starting and training young warmblood horses for dressage and jumping, he represents the classical European approach.
But here, he encountered something completely different.
For the first time, he worked with a Missouri Fox Trotter
and experienced the “First Step” and Leadership system—
a training philosophy based not on pressure, but on trust, calmness, and true leadership.
At Miller Ranch, the breed doesn’t matter—
all horses are trained under the same principles… even Mustangs.
At first, Ronald observed.
Calm. Analytical.
But then came that moment—
curiosity took over.
He stepped into the saddle
and experienced the “First Step” himself.
Just one day later, he was already part of the training,
actively working within the Leadership system—
with McLaren’s Don Rodrigo M.R.,
a horse he had personally started just three days earlier in about 3.5 hours.
The next step::
👉 This 2-year-old horse is now given a full year back in the herd.
Time to grow. Time to develop—physically and mentally.
Because true training takes time—
and respect for the horse’s natural development.
A powerful moment…
when experience meets a new perspective.
And proof that true horsemanship knows no boundaries.
👉 Watch the result in the video.

🐴 From Instinct to Trust – Bugatti’s Journey
The instinct to flee is part of every horse.
But real training begins where trust takes over.
At Miller Ranch, we don’t train with pressure—
we lead.
In this video, Arizona Outlaw’s Bugatti M.R.,
a 4-year-old gelding with exceptional bloodlines,
learns to stay calm, think, and trust—step by step.
From simple lessons…
to real challenges…
✨ The horse is not forced.
✨ The horse chooses to follow.
👉 That’s the difference between control and true partnership.
