How much exercise does it actually take to build muscle?
One of the biggest surprises for new clients is learning they don't have to spend hours in the gym.
If you're new to strength training, your body responds incredibly well to relatively small amounts of work.
Research suggests that beginners can make excellent progress with just 6–10 challenging sets per muscle group each week, especially when those sets are performed with good technique and are taken close to muscular fatigue.
The key isn't doing more...
It's doing the right amount consistently.
