Hip & Core Stability workout
This is a great workout to challenge hip, glute, and core stability, which are all important to having a consistent golf swing. Try these 6 exercises as a supplement on lower body day, or make it its own workout! Try lighter weights to start, then move up in weight as you master the movement. 10 to 12 reps per side, per exercise.
