The Country Club at DC Ranch

Warm mornings, slower days, and the calm of summer. While the desert settles into its seasonal rhythm, we're already looking ahead to another unforgettable season at the Club this fall.

The back nine has entered its final phase. Thanks to Arizona's monsoon humidity, the newly established turf is flourishing while native vegetation continues to return to the landscape. Now, the waiting game begins as nature takes the lead, allowing every fairway, green, and desert edge to mature in preparation for welcoming members back to the course this fall.

Congratulations to Mason Quagliata, son of Member Shannon Quagliata, on qualifying for the 2026 Arizona Open Championship.

After carding an impressive 3-under 68 to earn his spot, Mason will compete August 3 to 5 at Papago Golf Course against some of Arizona's top players.

Best of luck, Mason! We'll be cheering you on all week.

Every chapter of The Country Club at DC Ranch tells a story. Long before golf and club life, this area was home to a working cattle ranch. Pictured here is E.O. Brown's farm, a memorable piece of local history and a reminder of the legacy that shaped the DC Ranch community. As we honor our past, we look forward to our future.

Executive Chef Brian Sites stepped into The Club at a time we needed him most. A few months later, he is now creating dishes you know and love. Motivated by bringing people together through cooking, Chef Brian has already made an impact here at The Club, and we are thrilled to introduce him as a member of our team.

The sun is setting on another summer at The Country Club at DC Ranch. This week marks the end of our Summer Camps. Thank you to our campers, families, and staff for making it a season filled with lasting memories. We can't wait to welcome everyone back next time!

Our campers stayed active this week with tennis, swimming, golf, and so much more, making the most of every moment at The Club. We can't wait to do it all again next week.

Since 1996, Mark Lawson, our Equipment Manager for Golf Course Maintenance, has been the driving force behind keeping our operation running smoothly, always stepping up, solving problems, and supporting his teammates with a smile. From his first day, Mark had one goal in mind - "I'm going to retire here."

When Mark first joined the Club, Scottsdale looked a lot different, technology was worlds apart, and DC Ranch was beginning its journey. Three decades later, his loyalty, hard work, humor, and signature question- "Need a hug?” have made a lasting impact on our Club and everyone who has had the pleasure of working alongside him.

Join us in congratulating Mark on 30 incredible years of loyalty, hard work, and service! Thank you for all you've done to help shape The Country Club at DC Ranch.
