We are excited to be the host Section for the 2026 Senior PGA Professional Championship Oct. 22-25 at Superstition Mountain GCC.

Representing the Southwest PGA in their home Section will be Dean Vomacka, Jim Carter, J.D. Lindberg, Jerry Smith, Ralph West, Ross Farley and Gerry Norquist.

The top 35 finishers from the Senior PPC earn a spot in the 2027 Senior PGA Championship, April 15-18 at the Concession Golf Club in Bradenton, Florida. 🌵 PGA of America

Groupings, starting times & round 1 hole locations for the 2026 Southwest PGA Senior Championship/ PPC, Aug. 24-25 at Camelback Golf Club (Padre) in Scottsdale.

The 36-hole event also serves as a qualifier for the PGA of America Senior PPC where the top 7 finishers will advance to the national championship Oct. 22-25 at Superstition Mountain GCC. Leaderboard 🔗 in our bio. ⛳️

Southwest PGA members Abby Parsons & Alex Priebe recently graduated from the PGA of America PGA Lead program.

PGA LEAD, established in 2016, is the Association’s leadership development program created to identify, mentor and progress PGA of America Members from a variety backgrounds along a guided path to volunteer leadership roles at the Chapter, Section and National levels of the PGA of America. The program also helps trainPGA of America Members who have a desire to serve on nonprofit boards in the communities where they work and live. 👏

Congratulations to Charlie Beljan & Ryan Sawyer on winning the 2026 Southwest PGA Pro-Pro Championship supported by Club Car held at Torreon. The duo finished the 36-hole event at 124 (-20) good for a two shot victory over Michael Hopper & Tim Ramos. Beljan set the Cabin course record with a 61 in the second round.PGA of America

Hole locations for Tuesday’s (Tower) and Wednesday’s (Cabin) rounds in the Southwest PGA Pro-Pro Championship presented by Club Car at Torreon in Show Low, Ariz. 35 teams made up of a pair of Southwest PGA Professionals are competing in a one better ball of the team competition over 36 holes.
