Tip of the day: If you are taking your young children to a big event, theme park, or other busy location, write your phone number on their wrists and cover it with liquid band aid in case you get separated. It won’t easily wash off. Also, before you leave, take a cell phone photo of the children so you have an up-to-date photo of them, their clothing, hair style, etc. Please share this post with others who have (or care for) young children.

Some days, student wake up and try very hard, but still feel like not enough. This is normal. Mountain does not become small because we wish it so. River does not stop flowing because rock stands in the way.

Life is not perfect. People are not perfect. Even the strongest tree has branches that bend in the wind.

Important thing is this: you use what you have, you give what you can, and you keep moving forward with good heart. Do not punish yourself for not being a finished masterpiece. Even the black belt was once a white belt who refused to quit.

Expect effort from yourself. Give understanding to others. This is how balance is found.
