Luna Lotus Wellness was hired to provide two mornings of wellness for a conference
🌙 Day 1 was a yoga class
🪷 Day 2 was a sound healing experience.

Being invited into spaces like this is always so meaningful. Helping people slow down, ground into their bodies, and begin the day with intention is such a gift.

These photos look peaceful... and they truly were. But they also represent hours of work behind the scenes.

The emails, planning, loading the car, transporting equipment, setting up dozens of yoga mats, testing music, welcoming guests, packing everything back up, and doing it all again the next day.

I'm not saying that part isn't worth it, it absolutely is. It's just a reminder that Instagram usually shows the finished product, when in reality it's only a small glimpse of everything that goes into creating each experience.

🔮 P.S. If you know me, you know I don't typically believe photos should be taken during yoga classes. I want people to feel fully present without worrying about a camera. However, for private events, I always ask the host beforehand if they'd like photos taken. In this case, the yoga sessions were part of a larger conference with photographers documenting the event throughout the day 🫶🏻

Thankfully, they rented a beautiful home with a spacious living room that fit the entire group perfectly 😍

It was such a special morning filled with relaxation, connection, and a chance to slow down together amidst a busy weekend of celebrations 🤍
