In honor of the FIFA World Cup wrapping up, it’s time to let you know what you get a red card for when it comes to registration. 🚩
What you need to know:
🎾 Registration for leisure education classes, swim and tennis lessons opens for Scottsdale residents at 8 a.m. Monday, July 27 and 8 a.m. Thursday, July 30 for non-residents.
📚 Fall After-School Program registration begins at 8 a.m. Monday, July 20 for residents and 8 a.m. Thursday, July 23 for non-residents.
🏀 Last day to register for adult sports is Sunday, July 26. Registration for outdoor sports begins at 8 a.m. Monday, July 20 for residents and 8 a.m. Tuesday, July 21 for non-residents. Early registration ends Sunday, Aug. 2 and last day to register is Sunday, Aug. 16.

As we continue to celebrate National Park and Recreation Month, this week we are highlighting the power of play. 🤩
More of your tax dollars through the voter-approved Parks and Preserve Sales Tax, known as Prop. 490, will soon be put to work to make one of Scottsdale’s oldest playgrounds more modern, inclusive and accessible to all. 🛝
Work begins this week and construction should be complete in mid-August with timelines subject to change. ✅
Scottsdale is committed to continued investments that will allow for residents and visitors to come explore, move and play in a variety of ways and give all Play. 👏
