After months of planning, research, design, technical development, and firsthand experience in the rental industry, I have created a concept for a new DIRECT-BOOKING rental platform.

The goal is simple: to give property owners and renters a better way to connect and book directly.

Many owners and travelers have become frustrated with the increasing fees, restrictive policies, review systems, and lack of control associated with large rental platforms. At the same time, many existing direct-booking options still fall short of providing a simple, trustworthy, and seamless experience for both parties.

This platform is designed to support furnished and unfurnished rentals, including short-term, mid-term, and long-term stays. It gives property owners more control over their listings and rental relationships while helping renters communicate and book directly with landlords.

I am now considering two possible paths.

**Option One: Continue developing and launching the platform**

Before moving forward, I would value your honest feedback.

What features would you want or need as a property owner or renter? What would make you trust and use a direct-booking platform? What pricing or fee structure would feel fair? What concerns, improvements, or missing features should be addressed?

**Option Two: Sell the concept and website**

I am also open to selling the current website and concept to an individual, investor, or company that would like to continue developing the platform and bring its own vision to the project.

The site offers a strong foundation for a much-needed rental marketplace and could be adapted, expanded, rebranded, or launched by the new owner. Technical assistance is also available for anyone who would like help completing, modifying, or expanding the platform.
