Dana brings a strong, energetic teaching style and will lead a thoughtfully sequenced Hot Power Vinyasa class designed to build strength, confidence, balance, and consistency in your practice. Looking for all the benefits of hot yoga—without the vinyasa flow? Jayme’s No Flow Hot Yoga focuses on strength, mobility, deep stretching, and longer-held postures in a heated room. It’s the perfect class for anyone wanting to improve flexibility, build stability, and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of the heat at a slower, more intentional pace.

Both classes also include the added benefits of red light recovery therapy and infrared heat, creating an experience that supports movement, recovery, and overall wellness.
