• Deadlifts
• 1 1/4 Bench
• Chin-ups or Barbell Rows
• Step-up (side mid barbell)
• DB Back Extension or Leg Curl
• EZ Bar Curls
• DB Front Raise
AND… we finished with a dead hang arm contest where the winner took home a bag of Gains Creatine 👀🔥
Morgan CRUSHED it with 1:32!!
