New Slate Fitness Club

New Slate Fitness Club Schoharie County's premier equipped private member-only athletic and fitness club!!! We are a private member-only club which prides itself on it's cleanliness!

We follow more protocols for our member's safety, far up and above what is required by the local health department. All of our equipment was newly installed when the Club first opened in April 2018, featuring 20 selectorized machines, two power racks, a Dynamic rig, four heavy-duty adjustable benches, bumper plates, dumbbells up to 100 lbs, agility turf, functional training equipment--wall balls, slam balls, medicine balls, plyo balls, hurdles, cones, agility ladders, Swiss ball, plyo boxes, battle ropes, and sleds--as well as nine pieces of aerobic equipment consisting of AMTs, treadmills, Jacob's Ladder, Concept2 rowers, and Assault bikes.

ATTENTION MEMBERS!!!

One of our longtime members has offered this piece of equipment, which is for abs and dips on one side, and pull-ups on the other side, to the Club. We don't have room on the floor, and we can only put commercial grade equipment on the floor due to insurance reasons. With that said, if you're ever traveling, and you work out in a commercial facility, make sure that that is the case because liability insurance companies do not cover any injuries on non-commercial pieces of equipment. If you would like this piece of equipment, just let me know and I will put you in touch with the member who owns it.

THE CLUB IS REJUVENATED & READY!!!

While most fitness clubs wait 10 to 15 years to refresh their facilities, we do it every single year. Inspired by the elite indoor tennis club model, we just wrapped up our annual 48-hour total shutdown and rejuvenation process!

Every May since our ribbon-cutting ceremony in 2018, our ownership and management team dedicate this time to making New Slate Fitness look and feel brand new. Over the last 72 hours, our team has been working around the clock—repainting the equipment floor, refreshing high-traffic areas, and making meticulous repairs.

Our goal is to ensure that every time you walk through our doors, the Club looks just as pristine, energetic, and welcoming as it did on day one.

This level of care is nearly unheard of in the gym industry, but we do it because our community deserves the absolute best. We want to extend a massive thank you to all of our incredible members for your patience during this brief closure. Your support inspires us to keep raising the bar!
