H7 Sports Training & Wellness Center has basketball training opportunities for kids from Little Dribblers all the way through high school — whether they’re learning the fundamentals or looking for more advanced skill development.

Advanced Youth + Middle School

🏀 Wednesdays | 7–9 PM
High School Age

2:30–3:30 PM | Little Dribblers, ages 3–8

Training focuses on building basketball skills, fundamentals, confidence, athletic development, and game-ready technique in a positive training environment.

We’re incredibly grateful to the Schertz-Cibolo-Selma Area Chamber of Commerce, our community, local businesses, families, athletes, friends, and everyone who came out to celebrate our official ribbon cutting with us.

H7 is more than a training facility—we’re building a place where athletes of all ages can grow stronger, build confidence, and reach their full potential. This ribbon cutting marks an exciting new chapter, and we’re just getting started!

H7 Sports Training & Wellness Center is proud to officially join the Schertz-Cibolo-Selma Area Chamber of Commerce, and we’re celebrating with a Ribbon Cutting & Open House this Friday, August 14 from 10:00–11:00 AM.

Come tour the facility, meet the H7 team, connect with local businesses and vendors, and see what we’re building for athletes in our community.

We’re also offering a FREE Performance Evaluation during our Open House special.
