He had the biggest percentage change in body weight this week, so naturally, we had to make him move an actual boulder.

Friday morning at IMPACT-X Sayre just got even better.

We’re excited to have Coach Cat who will begin to work Friday mornings at the Sayre location. Cat is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, IMPACT-X Group Coach, and experienced personal trainer and group coach. Cat can normally be found at IMPACT-X Horseheads but now you will see her in Sayre as well and she’s ready to help you start your Friday STRONG.

Today, we remember.

We remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001.

We honor the first responders, service members, families, and ordinary Americans who showed extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

And we remember what followed — a nation that came together, supported one another, and proved how powerful we can be when we stand united.

At IMPACT-X, we believe strength is about more than what you can lift.
