Before we get too far from race day, I just wanted to ask for some feedback on how this year‘s race went. What were some things that you liked and want to see again or some things that we may need to change to make next year even better?

I wanted to thank everybody again for coming out and participating in the Adventure Awaits 5K! 🏁🏃🏽‍♂️‍➡️🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️🌳

Packet pick up will be only on Saturday 7-7:45 due to unforeseen circumstances. We apologize for not offering Friday night early packet pickup this year.

The trail looks great! 🤌🏼 We can’t wait for Saturday!

📋Packet pick up is 7:00-7:45 am at the pavilion.

🚙Parking: Please park in the designated spots by the playground. If you park near the pavilion you will not be allowed to move your car until the race is over for the safety of the runners.

🇺🇸Flag ceremony led by Scouts is at 8:00 am

🏃🏽‍♂️‍➡️🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️ Kids Fun Run begins at 8:15 am

🏃🏽‍♂️‍➡️🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️ 5k Run/walk begins at 8:30 am

Registration day of is $30 if you have friends who haven’t signed up.

The course is part beautiful trail running, part paved scenic trail and part road running. It is mostly flat. We think you will love it! 🏃🏽‍♂️‍➡️🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️

The Adventure Awaits 5k is on Saturday August 29, 2026. It includes the following events: 5K Run, Kids Run, and Virtual 5k Run.
