The adoration I hold for the community and family we have collectively built, overwhelms me. Thank you for the joy, effort and sweat you have ALL contributed to making The Hub the home it is for each of us today!

Embracing serenity through movement, Liv is a passionate yogini and visionary artist, on a mission to radiate positivity and inspire others to find their inner Zen.
Born and raised in Athens, Liv made the move to Savannah in 2019. From a young age, her heart has been captivated by the world of art and the joy of staying active. When she is not on the mat, she is riding her motorcycle or enjoying the outdoors with her dog.

The Hub Savannah is very excited to host a Barre Above certification event on October 13th from 11am-7pm!

If you have ever wanted to get certified as a Barre instructor here is the opportunity you have been waiting for!

This style of Barre extracts foundational principles from the Lotte Burke Method with cutting edge exercise science to create A Barre Above. You will learn all you need to be able to instruct an amazing class that combines elements of Yoga, Ballet, Pilates and Strength Training movements into a signature sequence with purpose!

All the fun kicks off bright and early with 10 FREE classes starting at 8am✨

The Hub Savannah is honored to give back to our beloved community. The studio has recently been host two amazing groups of people!

Our studio was proud to host and serve the lovely wives of the Ranger Battalion stationed here at Hunter Army Airfield on August 24th. Melanie Zettler Bruno had an amazing time guiding these ladies through a Hot Pilates sweat sesh!

The Hub Savannah also hosted officers in training from the Savannah Police Department. These future officers were guided through and taught best practices for handling work stress by utilizing mindfulness, breathwork and a regular yoga practice!

As we work to create Light for others, we naturally light our own way✨
