Introducing your goalies favorite goalie, the undisputed iron man of SGAA Dual Deck Arena , AKA rent-a-goalie himself the other co-captain and co-creator of Savannah Misfits - the one the only, Joe Joe Channell!!
Channell had a very similar start of his roller much like Semco did - but somehow Channell found himself to the rink after doing some gnarly aggressive inline at the skatepark behind our home rink in Savannah, GA. Originally a defensemen back in Massachusetts he found himself playing tendy, verdict is still out on how he made that choice - some say it was a lack of goalies, some say he has some screws loose, either way we just know he is a fu***ng MONSTER in the net. In 2 short years grinding at Lake Mayer park and being called in to sub for MULTIPLE teams in the tournament circuit and at the Savannah Roller Hockey League SRHL league the dude has become an absolute force to be reconned with in the net. Typically conditioned to play 3 (3x15minute run clock) games back to back in full sun no covering he sees indoor arenas as a vacation. Put it simply, the dude is built different.
