Autumn is officially in the air. 🍁 Soon enough, the docks will be pulled, the boats tucked away for the season, and that unmistakable morning chill will slowly work its way down to a freezing bite. 🛥️❄️ Honestly? I don’t know that this drastic seasonal shift has ever truly been enjoyable. Give me summer warmth any day! ☀️😅

Teaching fitness since the 1980s has been one wild, high-energy ride, and running these vintage clips through AI to bring them back to life is giving me all the nostalgic chills. ⚡️ From high-cut leotards and leg warmers to the unforgettable energy of our annual Spring Shows, these moments truly shaped my passion for movement and community. 🎶🔥
There is nothing quite like the electricity of being up on that stage, cueing the beat, and sweating it out with a room full of unstoppable energy. 💖

Big love to everyone who came out for Yoga on the River in Sault Ste. Marie! 🧘‍♀️🏄‍♀️
It was such a joy to help introduce our youngest yogis to SUP yoga out on the water. Keeping this annual tradition going and looking after our community is what it’s all about.
A huge thank you to the volunteers, event coordinators, and the foundation for making it happen. Good job, everyone! 💙🌊

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 5th Annual Dunbar Dash in beautiful Barbeau, Michigan! We are thrilled to share that, thanks to your support, we raised over $500 to help fund our community fireworks! 🎆🙌
We know there were so many events to choose from this Fourth of July weekend, so we are truly honored that you chose to spend your time with us. The turnout was absolutely wonderful! Huge representation from Neebish Island !!! 👏🏼
