Two Paths, One Heart: Teaching & Therapy đ
There is a unique magic that happens when a community comes together in a yoga class. Watching a room breathe as one, seeing students find their rhythm, and sharing that collective energy is incredibly wonderfulâI absolutely love being a yoga teacher and guiding those shared moments of flow and connection.
At the same time, my heart is deeply fulfilled by my work as a yoga therapy specialist.
While a traditional yoga class offers a beautiful space for community, movement, and collective peace, yoga therapy allows for a gentle, personalized unfolding. It treats each individual as a unique holistic ecosystem, tapping into the profound internal capacity for healing that already lives within them. Both roles are incredibly important, and they beautifully complement one another:
The Yoga Teacher builds the sanctuary, holding space for community, shared joy, and the collective spirit of Lila.
The Yoga Therapy Specialist listens deeply to the individual, tailoring the practice to navigate life's specific transitions, chronic pain, or emotional hurdles.

Walking with Divine Protection
The world around us can feel vast, loud, and constantly shifting. It is easy to look at the noise of the external world and wonder if we have the strength to stay true to our path.
But there is a profound, comforting truth we must carry close to our hearts:
"My divine self and my divine mission are not affected by the world around me."
