Join us this Sunday, 7:15–8:30 PM, for a magical evening on the water as we gather beneath the light of the Full Moon.

This month’s Full Moon invites us into a powerful theme of **growth, renewal, and releasing what no longer serves us**. Just as nature is in full expression, this is a time to reflect on how far you’ve come, celebrate your progress, and create space for what you wish to call into the next chapter of your life. July’s Full Moon is traditionally known as the **Buck Moon**, symbolizing strength, personal growth, and transformation. ([Time and Date][1])

We’ll enjoy a peaceful paddle at sunset, connect with nature, and settle into a guided meditation while floating under the moonlight.

They say it takes a village, but I think it takes a lineage.

Today is a tribute to the women who didn’t just raise me, but who formed me. From the quiet strength of my grandmothers to the fierce independence of my aunts and the shared laughter of my cousins—every one of you is a thread in the tapestry of who I am.

But at the heart of the weave is my Mom. The woman who taught me how to feel, how to heal, and how to stand tall.

In my practice, we talk about being “here.” Truly here. Not stuck in the “what ifs” or the “used to bes.” Because the truth is heart-wrenching: we don’t know how many more versions of “today” we get.

So today, I’m orienting to the love. I’m observing the tiny miracles in the women around me. The women of my lineage who played pieces in who I am today.

I’m sending a pulse of light and love to those for whom today feels like a shadow—the grieving, the waiting, the lonely, and the exhausted.

You are seen. You are held. You are part of the story. Happy Mothers Day xoxoxoxo

An afternoon designed to help you soften, exhale, and fully receive.

Throughout the afternoon, we’ll move through a grounding gentle yoga flow, guided meditation, somatic breathwork, present-moment awareness practices, and reflective journaling designed to help you slow down and reconnect inward.

SOLD OUT! Tonight, for Mother’s Day week, step into a deeply nurturing experience designed to support you in the most personal way—through guided aerial yoga, hands-on adjustments, and therapeutic assisted massage in the hammock.
This is not just a class. It’s a space to be held.
Throughout the practice, you’ll be gently guided through aerial shapes that invite both strength and surrender. What makes this workshop unique is the level of individualized attention each student receives—carefully timed assists, supportive adjustments, and intentional hands-on massage techniques that help the body soften, release, and reorganize.
The hammock becomes more than a prop—it becomes a place of restoration. You’ll be supported as you unwind tension held in the shoulders, spine, hips, and nervous system, allowing the body to experience what it feels like to be fully supported while still moving with awareness.

Join us for a women’s retreat on Sunday, May 24th from 2:00–6:30pm—an intentional space designed to nourish your body, calm your nervous system, and reconnect you to your inner rhythm. Held at a private residence in Melbourne, with optional pool and whirlpool bath time!

We’ll move through a gentle yoga flow to release tension and invite ease, followed by guided meditation and breathwork to ground and center. You’ll be led through face yoga, fascia release, and lymphatic techniques to support detoxification, circulation, and a natural glow from within.
Throughout the experience, you’ll receive hands-on adjustments, massage, and bio-energy work to deepen relaxation and restore balance on a physical and energetic level.

We’ll also create space for gentle journaling and self-reflection, weaving in present-moment awareness and light, heart-opening gratitude practices to help you reconnect inward and leave feeling clear, grounded, and uplifted.

We’ll also pause for a nourishing food break, featuring healthy, organic, nutrient-dense snacks and foods to support and replenish your body. Attendees are encouraged to journal, enjoy the hammocks, walk around the property, get in the pool or whirlpool bath, engage their 5 senses and reset for the coming weeks!
