Hi! Welcome to FIT4MOM UPSTATE SARATOGA AREA NY !
❤️This village is run by moms, for moms.
💪🏼We get together daily for workouts, playgroups, field trips, and more!
👧Kids are welcome to join us for our daytime classes in a stroller or wagon while you get a great workout and spend time with mom friends.
💪🏼Our mom-only class is held on Wednesdays and it's a great time to pour into yourself and breathe your own air!🧘‍♀️
🙌Almost seems to good to be true, right?
😅Wanna know the hardest part?!
🗓️Getting out the door for your first class! After that, it's a piece of cake! You'll meet other moms (swipe to see our friendly village😊) who get it and your kids will have a blast, we promise!
🆓First class is free! Zero commitment. Just show up as you are and we'll take care of the rest.❤️

🏅Beyond proud of all the mamas from our FIT4MOM UPSTATE SARATOGA AREA NY village who raced today in the iRun Saratoga Half Marathon in Saratoga!
☔️'Twas a bit rainy but we got it done!
❤️We're sure you'll see a ton of photos of smiles and medals of all the racers today, the PRs and whatnot, but you might not see the coaches, race organizers, volunteers, and cheering squads and the HOURS of training every participant put in!
🙌Thank you to everyone who made today possible. We'll be sharing more on that this week because there are so many people to thank! And we have more mama members of our awesome Run Club+ team running next Saturday!💪🏼
🛋️For now, we'll be sitting with our feet up thankful for the opportunity to train, compete, and support each other.
❤️It takes a village.
