✨On July 7th, 2007, Body Heat Yoga opened its doors with a vision of creating a space where people could come together, move, breathe, and feel at home.

19 years later, this studio is filled with memories, friendships, growth, and so many beautiful stories. What started as a place to practice has become a home for many.
